Today’s thing I love is my favorite podcast.
You’re Wrong About is a podcast hosted by Michael Hobbes, a journalist for the Huffington Post, and Sarah Marshall, who is working on a book about the Satanic Panic, where they talk about moments from recent-ish history that you probably remember incorrectly. Both Michael and Sarah do such a good job of both researching and presenting their stories with such empathy and feeling that it has become my ‘drop everything when it updates’ podcast. We need moments of levity and empathy in the world right now. They also put out this tweet thread yesterday with what they’re planning to do during these weird times and I could not love them more.
